Volunteer applications are now open for the Big Love Festival happening at Chenrezig Institute this September 26th - 28th.
Held on our vast grounds in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, the Big Love Festival brings together established Buddhist teachers, talks and practices for the mind and heart, live music,, culture, community, art, Dharma Kids activities, culinary delights and more.

From planning roles to on-the-day festival roles, we invite you to join our friendly festival team who are banding together to make this 50th anniversary celebration for Chenrezig Institute an incredible one!

Our centre has a robust and consistent history of volunteer-led support which has brought us to this point nearly 50 years after our inception. Chenrezig Institute would not be here today without the strong and resilient workforce of dedicated folk who have contributed throughout the years. Your generous input will enable countless others to enjoy the benefits of visiting our centre through this festival.

Chenrezig Institute is a Buddhist centre located in Queensland, Australia. Chenrezig Institute is a non-profit incorporated association that is affiliated with the Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition (FPMT), a group of over 150 meditation centres worldwide.
