Wellbeing Centre
Welcome to our Wellbeing Centre
Under a canopy of shady trees, you will find our beautiful Wellbeing Centre. Sometimes the spiritual programs’ classes and courses are held here, especially intensive meditation practices and yoga, which are suited to its peaceful and natural atmosphere.
The Wellbeing Centre is an integral part of Chenrezig Institute’s place of worship and practice. It is a dedicated space for meditation, mindful movement, contemplative learning, and the offering and display of arts that support spiritual development, wellbeing, and community life. All use of the Centre is guided and overseen by Chenrezig Institute and is aligned with Buddhist values and the Institute’s purpose.
The Centre is used for activities such as:
Meditation teachings and retreats
