About our meditation leader:

My name is Keiron Pratt, I have been around Buddhist teachings and precious Dharma teachers from an early age. Over the years I have continued to study Dharma and practise meditation. Alongside being a humble landscaper on the Sunshine Coast, in the last 10 years I have taught meditation in various FPMT centers including Tushita Meditation Center in India, Kopan Monastery in Nepal and of course Chenrezig Institute.

I have seen how certain approaches and methods of meditation bring great benefit, calm and grounded-ness to our western mind and modern lifestyle. In these easy-going, grounded and relaxed sessions, we explore these methods of meditation, with the intention of these benefits permeating our day-to-day experiences and lives.
