Join us for Soul Food & Soundscapes, a nourishing evening of connection, music, and community held on the last Saturday of each month in the stunning Wellbeing Centre at Chenrezig Institute.

The evening begins with a wholesome vegetarian soul food dinner served at Lama Yeshe’s Big Love Café from 5:00–6:00pm, followed by a beautifully curated night of live music showcasing some of the best artists.

Evening Schedule:
🎶 6:15–7:15pm – Set 1
🍰 7:15–7:45pm – Intermission: Enjoy our famous Big Love Chai and homemade cakes
🎵 7:45–8:15pm – Closing Set

Support local musicians and help grow a conscious, heart-centered community. Whether you're here for the music, the food, or the shared energy, this is a space to relax, reflect, and reconnect.

A passionate advocate for wellness, Phil also uses his music as a powerful tool for self-discovery and transformation. He will soon release his new music healing and meditation app, 'Peace Mind Music', which aims to support others in overcome challenging emotions and enjoy higher states of consciousness.

    Andrea's original music has been influenced by her childhood growing up in Townsville as the daughter of a Fijian Preacher and her gospel roots can be felt in her vocal style. A lover of acoustic folk and soul, Andrea's originals use melodies and arrangements that form a lasting impression on the listener and wax and wane between Easy listening tunes and high energy songs. She often performs solo or as a duo with her wife Claire Evelynn on the Celtic Harp and currently is performing as her 13 piece Folk/Funk/World Fusion big band The Yama-Nui Social Club at select Festivals as well.
