‘The Work’ is a simple, practical, and transformational process whereby we question any stressful belief we hold and, as a result, begin to recognise new ways and possibilities for being in the world.
Through this deep questioning, an understanding is born, and through this understanding, the mind begins to let go, and stops believing itself. Freedom, peace and the awareness of our true nature reveal themselves, and clarity and kind action take form. What was once a stressful life becomes peaceful and clear, and lives its integrity.

Friday: 7 – 9pm Evening introduction session
Saturday: 9am – 5pm – with short morning and afternoon breaks and lunch break at 12pm
Sunday: 9am – 4pm – with short morning and afternoon breaks and lunch break at 12pm
About our facilitator:
Rosie Stave, a Certified Facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie, has been facilitating individuals and groups since 1996, when she helped to set up Byron Katie’s first ‘Center for The Work’ in Barstow, CA. She returned to Australia in 1998 and has been offering The Work here in Australia and New Zealand ever since.
‘The Work has brought healing to my relationships with parents, siblings, children, ex-partners and most importantly with myself. What I experience now is an ease, a gentleness and a delight in life as it is, and an increasing awareness and delight in the me as I am in all my humanness.
