About our meditation leader:

Lindsay Pratt is a founding member of Chenrezig Institute and has over 30 years experience facilitating meditation and discussion groups.

Certain approaches and methods of meditation bring great benefit, calm and grounded-ness to our western mind and modern lifestyle. In these easy-going, grounded and relaxed sessions, we explore these methods of meditation, with the intention of these benefits permeating our day-to-day experiences and lives.

If you wish, you can make a donation directly at the mediation session. It helps support the weekly continuation.
