Caloundra Meditation Group - Embodying Kindness and Compassion - for oneself and others

  • QCWA Caloundra Hall 17 Kalinga Street Caloundra, QLD, 4551 Australia (map)

About Event:

In this weekly event participants come together and practice methods of meditation that lead to an embodied calmness that encourages a spacious, clear and relaxed mind. From there we can then start to wake up our own inner potential for Kindness and Compassion.

About our Meditation Leader:

Lindsay Pratt is a founding member of Chenrezig Institute and has over 30 years experience facilitating meditation and discussion groups.

Certain approaches and methods of meditation bring great benefit, calm- and grounded-ness to our western mind and modern lifestyle. In these easy-going, grounded and relaxed sessions, we explore methods of meditation, with the intention that their benefits permeate our day-to-day experiences and lives.
