Finding Freedom – Meditations on the Mind with Robert Gillow

  • Tara Room - Chenrezig Institute 33 Johnsons Road Eudlo, QLD, 4554 Australia (map)

About Event:

This meditation event, led by Robert Gillow, is intended to bring awareness to the most important (and often overlooked) aspect of our being: the mind.

Taking the mind as the object of meditation helps us build mindfulness while simultaneously relaxing the nervous system, reducing anxiety, and developing insight.

About our Teacher:

Robert Gillow
is a down-to-earth psychotherapist, counsellor, and meditation leader based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. With a Bachelor Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and over ten years immersed in Tibetan Buddhist teachings and practice, his focus is on helping individuals recalibrate their nervous systems, repair attachment, embrace qualities like dignity and integrity, and find meaning in their lives.

His passion is using an open-hearted approach to guide others towards emotional wellbeing and personal growth through a holistic perspective, aiming for inner harmony, healing, and liberation.
