Fire Puja with the Gyumed Geshes for Removal of Obstacles

  • New Gompa Land - Chenrezig Institute 33 Johnsons Road Eudlo, QLD, 4554 Australia (map)

About Event:

The Fire Puja is a deeply purifying and transformative ritual, traditionally performed to remove obstacles, support healing, cleanse negativity, and restore balance and harmony. This powerful practice is offered for the benefit of our families, friends, and wider community, as well as for the healing and restoration of our natural world during these challenging times.

For two days, the Gyumed Geshes from India will guide us in this profound and beneficial practice, creating an opportunity to come together in prayer and intention for healing, peace, and the restoration of harmony and equilibrium.

The ceremony will be held 10:00am to 4:00pm on both Tuesday, 8 September and Wednesday, 9 September with a break for lunch.

“As long as you hold onto the fire, the pain will not stop. So as long as you hold on to the 'I,' the suffering will not stop.”‍ ‍
- Lama Zopa Rinpoche
