About Event:
Yoga classes which are suitable for beginners to advanced students and cater to all fitness levels and abilities, with plenty of modifications on offer.
This class is facilitated by Erin Lee. It is a regular event, being offered almost every Friday morning.
With an open level ranging from beginners to advanced students, the practices focus on holding space to simply experience our bodies and to be aware of our inner landscape, what allow us to gradually recognize how we can sustain a balanced and equanimous state in our daily lives and how to water the seeds we truly want to see growing within us.
These kind and profound practices will invite you to observe how different asanas shape the sensation of the breath, how beneficial it is to actually learn how to relax and will present breathing techniques (pranayamas) as tools to cultivate the quality and depth of our attention.
These classes are held in the Wellbeing Center located at the end of the second car park area, or in the beautiful Garden of Enlightenment weather permitting.
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to set up your mat in the Well Being Centre or to walk to the Garden of Enlightenment, and settle in for a wonderful hour of mindful movement and meditation.

About the Teacher:
As a registered yoga teacher, I've completed extensive training in a variety of practices, including Zenthai Shiatsu Therapy (500-hour Therapist), Vinyasa, and Mindful Yoga. My journey into yoga began as a way to heal a broken femur, but it quickly became something far greater—a path to profound energetic shifts and a deep curiosity for holistic wellness.
I grew up on the lush, green shores of Ireland’s Emerald Isle and now consider the stunning Sunshine Coast my home. Along with being a passionate surfer, photographer, fly fisherman, and explorer, I’ve always been drawn to nature and the flow of energy that connects all living things. This fascination led me to earn a Master’s degree in Ecology, where I explored the rhythms and interconnectedness of biological systems—the Dao in action.
Yoga has been a catalyst for both physical healing and spiritual awakening. As I dove deeper into various modalities, I found my calling in teaching—after all, they say the best way to learn is to teach! My practice expanded even further when I discovered Zenthai Shiatsu Therapy. After experiencing my first treatment at a festival, I was struck by the powerful, shared pulse between myself and the therapist. Intrigued, I trained directly with the modality's founder, Gwyn Williams, and am now honored to share this healing art with others.
When I’m not practicing yoga or Zenthai Shiatsu, I travel around Australia as a sustainable food production consultant, working to support eco-conscious approaches to living and nourishing our planet.
