Guru Puja Tsog - In the Tara Room

  • Chenrezig Institute 33 Johnsons Road Eudlo, QLD, 4554 Australia (map)

About Event:

Twice a month, based on the lunar calendar, the practice of Tsog Offering or Guru Puja is performed. It is a commitment for those practicing tantra to restore and reaffirm their vows and pledges.

Participants can make donations via our website as offerings to add to the offering made by the centre. The ritual and offerings take just over an hour. If you have a bell and dorje, or mandala set you are able to use them to participate in the ritual, most of the Puja is chanted in Tibetan with the traditional tunes.

Held in the Gompa at Chenrezig Institute and available online.

Prayers used for the Guru Puja are The FPMT Retreat Prayer Book - download Here

We also recite swift return prayers for Lama Zopa Rinpoche - download here

There is no need to register to attend in the gompa.

Today’s Guru Puja is available in the Tara Room, in-person only due to Vipassana retreat in the Gompa.
