Carmen is a qualified naturopath who helps people understand and support the body’s natural healing processes. She integrates natural medicine with practical creativity and emotional wellbeing in her work. Carmen emphasises the importance of the mindfulness aspect of a creative activity and the benefits on holistic health and the value of doing more of what brings you joy. She has taught a range of arts and crafts to adults and children and has delivered natural health education in corporate settings. She’s a long-time nature lover who values simple, nature-based approaches to wellbeing and the healing power of nature.
