Cup of Calm- Herbal Tea Workshop with Carmen  Lizasoain

  • Chenrezig Institute 33 Johnsons Road Eudlo, QLD, 4554 Australia (map)

A beautiful morning of relaxation, time out and self care.

In this workshop we will learn about the benefits of herbal tea, the properties of certain

herbs, enjoy tasting and experiencing the different herbs and have fun blending your own

herbal tea creations. We enjoy a full sensory experience, starting with a mindfulness

meditation, then touching, tasting, smelling the herbs and the teas, and learning about the

properties if herbs and the amazingness of herbal teas, while coming away your own

creation. As a naturopath I am very passionate about herbs and am excited to discuss herbs

and their various health benefits of including herbal teas, their benefits and why they are so

very awesome!
