Maybe you know meditation could change your life—if only there wasn’t something always in the way.
Distractions, doubts, stress, self-sabotage, maybe anxiety and depression. These are all things that can prevent you from achieving the incredible potential of an authentic meditation practice. The good news is that psychology has many tools to remove these obstacles to meditation and help fast-track its benefits.
This retreat will be a hands-on look at how a Buddhist approach to mindfulness, kindness, compassion and insight can get your mind and emotions working for you. A life where emotions, self-talk, memories of the past and concerns for the future all function as signposts to keep you on the road to high levels of mental health and wellbeing.
If you’re an experienced meditator looking for tools to remove obstacles, or just thoughtful, curious, and maybe a little stuck, this retreat is for you.
