Maybe you already know meditation works — but something keeps getting in the way.
Distraction, doubt, anxiety, rumination, self-sabotage. These aren't signs that yor practice isn't working, they're patterns we all fall into from time to time. The good news is there are precise tools to understand and interrupt them.
This retreat takes a hands-on look at how Buddhist approaches to mindfulness, kindness, compassion, and insight work alongside modern psychology — not as parallel systems, but as an integrated framework for transforming how thoughts, emotions, and self-talk function in daily life.
For experienced meditators looking to go deeper, and for thoughtful practitioners who want to understand why the practice works, not just that it does.
