About Event:
Life and death are inseparable parts of our human journey. Understanding death helps us live more fully, with awareness, kindness, and purpose.
This course presents Lama Zopa Rinpoche’s essential advice for the time of death and for making life meaningful. It also provides practical guidance for reflecting on and preparing for one’s own death and supporting others through theirs.
Students will gain confidence in facing their own death and will also learn how to provide help and support to others before, during, and even after their passing.
During this course, Geshela will guide us through the stages of dying, offering teachings and meditations to deepen understanding and cultivate compassion.
Drawing from Buddhist teachings and personal reflection, we will explore practical ways to face impermanence, transform fear, and open our hearts to acceptance and loving presence.
Whether you are dealing with loss, supporting someone in transition, or simply wishing to deepen your understanding of life’s natural cycle, this course offers gentle guidance and inspiration for living and dying well.
