Meditation for Peaceful Living

About Event:

This one-day retreat explores how to cultivate a peaceful and meaningful life through meditation, with a special focus on loving-kindness, compassion, and our relationships with others.

.

Living peacefully begins with living ethically, and the foundation of ethical living is learning to genuinely consider others. By developing a wholehearted concern for others—grounded in compassion and wisdom—we create the conditions for a life that benefits both ourselves and those around us.

Throughout the day, we will reflect and meditate on how our thoughts, words, and actions shape our experience, and how we can consciously cultivate more supportive and harmonious relationships in all areas of life.

This retreat offers practical tools and insights to help us examine our own minds, our habits, and our connection to the world, while exploring what we can begin doing now—and continue into the future—to live well for the benefit of all.

At the conclusion of the retreat, we warmly invite you to stay and join us for dinner at the Big Love Café from 5:00pm – 7:00pm, if desired. Please book your meals separately (including lunch) under the ‘Registrations and Donations’ section below.
