About Event:



A chance to take a small tech break and reset your parasympathetic nervous system with meditation and somatic release work assisted by Kith Women’s Community creator and wellness practitioner, Chantal Eva. Additionally this will be followed by a small hot vegetarian meal and time to chat and connect with others. This is a female-only event.

Mindful Mondays is brought to you by KITH Women’s community is a safe and welcoming space for connection and community with like-hearted women seeking fun offline adventures, friendship, community, sisterhood as well as a focus on wellbeing and spirituality. Kith Community’s aim is to gather like-minded people who enjoy being active and trying new things and are looking for other females to team up with. No pressure, just easy company, making amazing memories and giving ourselves a well-deserved break from mental load through wholesome fun and comforting spiritual and wellness activities.

Kith welcomes women of all ages, faiths and political persuasions. However, we are first and foremost a safe place for women gathering to feel like they can just be, don’t have to give too much of themselves and can take a break from mental load. Our aim is to provide community group activities that promote common ground bonding via a shared focus on wellbeing, support, wholesome entertainment and time in nature.

Registration and Donations

This is a community event and donations are most welcome and help to support the work we do at Chenrezig Institute.

  • You are welcome to offer whatever amount you feel comfortable with.

  • Your donation helps keep the Centre open and running. It supports operational costs, facilities, and the ability to offer teachings.

  • A donation of $55 brings meritorious blessings and enables us to offer spiritual programs to a wider community.

  • A donation of $45 makes a meaningful contribution toward maintaining our space.

  • A donation of $25 helps us cover our most basic costs.

Please note: all donations are non-refundable but we can always offer a free ticket for another date.
