Plein Air Painting Workshop in Oils with Glynn Kelly

  • Chenrezig Institute 33 Johnsons Road Eudlo, QLD, 4554 Australia (map)

About Event:

Join Glynn for a glorious day of painting outdoors Plein Air in the Garden of Enlightenment. Follow in the footsteps of artists like Monet who were among the first to take their easels out into nature. In this workshop you will be given step by step instruction and create your own Plein Air painting.

We will start by looking at composition and how to frame a view. From there we will create an underpainting in warm sepia then move on to working up our painting in colour.

This workshop is suitable for both beginners and more advanced students. All materials necessary will be supplied so join us in the wonderful gardens of the Chenrezig Institute for this special day.

Workshop will be held in the Garden of Enlightenement.
