Yoga + Meditation Retreat for Calm and Stillness with Erin Lee

About event:

During this 3-night/4-day Yoga + Meditation Retreat, you’ll participate in gentle embodied practices (asana, pranayama) and guided concentration and contemplative meditations, to reawaken/deepen your mindfulness and introspection practice for greater inner calm and stillness.

Throughout this retreat, you’ll be guided to maintain your mindfulness practice during all scheduled activities AND you’ll also be encouraged to maintain the practice between scheduled sessions. In honour of this, both Saturday and Sunday morning will be in noble silence (up until 12pm lunch break). 

With plenty of space offered in the schedule, you’ll have time to enjoy the grounds of Chenrezig Institute, maybe even read one of the books located in the onsite library, or just have some time to yourself.


Suitable for yoga + meditation beginners through to advanced practitioners. You don’t have to be fit or flexible to participate in the yoga sessions. You just need to have a willingness to meet yourself where you are at now. Erin offers modifications to cater for all abilities, and you can make your yoga practice as gentle or challenging as you wish.

Your host:

Erin teaches yoga with a focus on applying mindfulness throughout the asana, pranayama and meditation techniques. You’ll feel cared for by her gentle and compassionate approach, while being encouraged to lean into the bigger picture of your practice - and life. Erin is also the founder and lead trainer of The Mindful Yoga School and author of the The Little Book of Big Intentions (which you can find in our shop).

Registration for the whole weekend starting on Friday afternoon is $300.

Payment

The charge for this weekend retreat, held in person in our peaceful and beautiful Wellbeing Centre, is set at $300 to make it accessible to as many people as possible.

If you have the means and would like to add a donation towards the ongoing running of events at Chenrezig Institute please choose ‘Add on’ on top of your donation.

If you would like to sponsor the place of another student in addition to yourself, please choose Add on $300 ‘sponsor another student’ so we can offer this opportunity to a student in need.
