About Event:
Ultimate combination of creativity and nature! In this workshop you will make your own Kokedama choosing a plant and building up the root ball with a selection of suitable soils and learning how to wrap with twine. Kokedama is based on a ‘Japanese moss ball’. We will start with a calming mindfulness exercise, and will then immerse ourselves into the calming and therapeutic process of creating your own Kokedama, learning about the process and enjoying the mindfulness aspect, taking you away from the worries of the world, being present in the moment. All materials are supplied to create your own Kokedama.
