About Event:
Invite more calm and clarity into your life through Buddhist meditation. Each Friday, one of the Chenrezig Institute monks or nuns offers a gentle, guided meditation to help you slow down and reconnect.
Whether you are new to meditation or returning to a familiar practice, this is a supportive and welcoming environment to begin or deepen your experience.
Get comfortable in a chair or on the floor and allow yourself to be fully relaxed and present in this peaceful setting.
Suitable for everyone. A perfect way to unwind after lunch. Everyone welcome.

Registration and Donations
There is no need to register to attend these meditations, just come along a few minutes early and join the group.
