Spend a peaceful and creative afternoon with your child in this special school holiday workshop guided by Anna from KidzArt Sunshine Coast.
The session begins with a gentle 10-minute guided rest with the calming tones of sound bowls, helping everyone to settle into the present moment. We’ll then share the delightful story The Smallest Turtle, which highlights themes of determination and perseverance — values that inspire and empower children.
After story time, Anna will lead a guided turtle drawing activity, encouraging kids (and parents!) to explore their creativity while learning new drawing techniques. The turtle becomes both a muse and a symbol, reminding us of the strength that comes with patience and persistence.
This workshop blends relaxation, storytelling, and art-making in a fun and mindful way — a perfect opportunity to connect, create, and share quality time together during the school holidays.
