About the presenter:

Drawing on traditions of India, Japan, Mexico and beyond, Jenai’s textiles and mixed media artwork tell stories deeply rooted in nature, expressing the marriage of plant colour to fibre.

Her cloth retains its Prana, unadulterated by toxic processes: fibres grown and processed sustainably before colouring with plants harvested from her garden and surrounding bushland. These textiles reflect the care and strong connection to land and spirit, present at every stage of their evolution; invoking a feeling of balance and wellbeing in all those that view, wear, touch or connect with these ancient crafts.
