About event:
Embark on a transformative journey at the Pathway to Peace Retreat, a yoga immersion set in the serene surroundings of the Chenrezig institute, perched on the edge of the Blackall Range in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, comfortably tucked away in a rainforest setting, seven kilometres from the township of Eudlo.
Over two days, immerse yourself in mindful practices designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. Experience gentle yoga flows, meditation, and yin practices tailored to help you slow down, reconnect, and embrace life’s balance. Find stillness in the tranquil gardens, engage in meaningful reflection, and reset your nervous system through restorative practices.
This retreat is your invitation to pause, rejuvenate, and cultivate inner peace, leaving you refreshed and inspired for your journey ahead.
This retreat is suitable for yoga and meditation beginners, as well as for the more seasoned practitioner. Flexibility and fitness are not a prerequisite for this retreat. All Yoga asks of you is a willingness to show up. There will be options and modifications, catering for all abilities, where, ultimately, you become the guru of your own practice.
It would be wonderful if you can attend whole retreat weekend. But if not, we invite you to book separate days that are available for you as well.
