Ayesha Blanco
Zen Thai Flow Yoga with Ayesha Blanco | Zen Artistry
Offered through her independent practice, Zen Artistry, Ayesha Blanco presents Zen Thai Flow Yoga—a heart-centered, movement-based therapy that blends ancient wisdom with modern embodiment. Rooted in the principles of Zenthai Shiatsu, this practice draws from Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Thai Massage, osteopathic techniques, and yoga asana.
In each session, you'll experience a rhythmic flow designed to support the body’s natural healing systems—working with blood, chi (energy), and the nervous system. Through fluid, intentional movement, Zen Thai Flow Yoga targets the body’s meridians and the five elements of TCM, aiming to balance musculoskeletal structure, soothe the nervous system, and assist with digestive health.
Sessions may also integrate complementary therapies such as moxibustion, cupping, and negative energy clearing—creating a holistic container for deeper healing. This practice harmonizes body, mind, and spirit, offering a pathway to inner connection and a more aligned, vibrant life.

Each session is a unique experience—whether in a group journey or one-on-one therapy—designed to regulate the nervous system, awaken the body’s innate intelligence, and restore energetic balance.
Grounded in both ancient traditions and modern techniques, Francis holds a calm, nurturing presence that supports deep emotional release and embodied relaxation. Inspired by the rhythms of nature and guided by intuition, they invite participants to return home to themselves through vibration, resonance, and sacred listening.
