Family Constellation Workshop with Kate and Rob Foster

  • Wellbeing Centre - Chenrezig Institute 33 Johnsons Road Eudlo, QLD, 4554 Australia (map)

About Event:

We warmly invite you to join us for our upcoming 2026 workshop, with Rob and Kate Foster, a powerful one day immersion in Family Constellations and Compassionate Inquiry, with a gentle and deeply supportive approach to trauma purification.

This gathering offers a grounded, heart centred space to unwind long held patterns of stress, trauma, and emotional pain. Through this integrated approach, participants are supported to reconnect with clarity, softness, and inner strength.

Drawing on the depth of Family Constellations and the presence-based work of Compassionate Inquiry, this process allows for a natural unfolding of insight, release, and healing, supporting a deeper purification of what has been held individually and collectively.

You are also welcome to come and simply experience the process, without needing to bring anything specific to work on or resolve.

You will be held with presence and care, receiving facilitation through both feminine and masculine perspectives, offering a balanced and safe container for profound personal insight and integration.

About the Facilitators:

Join Kate and Rob Foster, the facilitators of our annual Women’s and Men’s Retreats, for a powerful and transformative workshop designed to deepen love, nurture connection, awaken compassion and healing in your life.

No experience needed, just an open heart. This is a safe and sacred invitation to create ripples of healing that extend to yourself, your family, your community, your ancestors, and all beings, as we walk together from suffering toward freedom and joy.

With over 50 years of combined experience in ritual-based healing, Kate and Rob have supported individuals and communities across Australia on their paths to wholeness. As qualified therapists across multiple disciplines, their work weaves together Family and Systemic Constellations, Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Ancestral Healing, Grief Work, and more, offering a truly integrative and transformative approach to healing.

Their work is also deeply rooted in a lifetime of spiritual study with beloved teachers, including His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Thich Nhat Hanh, Pema Chödrön, Adyashanti, and others whose wisdom continues to inspire their path for the benefit of all.
