The Curated Plate: Chenrezig Institute

  • Wellbeing Centre – Chenrezig Institute 33 Johnsons Road Eudlo, QLD, 4554 Australia (map)

Nourish Body, Mind & Soul

Our home-grown festival offers a delicious 10-day celebration of food and drink from July 24 - August 2 2026. On Saturday 25th July Chenrezig Institute will be hosting the event in the Hinterland.

Chenrezig Institute offers a truly unique and immersive setting for The Curated Plate, nestled among rolling hills and forested landscape in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. As one of Australia’s oldest Tibetan Buddhist centres, the Institute provides a serene, culturally rich environment that naturally lends itself to mindful food, connection, and nourishment.

A one-day immersive experience inviting guests to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy thoughtfully prepared vegetarian food in harmony with place.

Schedule:

  • 10:00am – Welcome & guided meditation

  • 10:30am – Sound healing and gentle yoga / mindful movement

  • 12:00pm – Vegetarian lunch experience (hamper-style, with Vegan options) accompanied by gentle live music

  • 1:30pm – House-made chai & cake, connection and relaxation

  • 2:30pm – Event close

Lunch will be served hamper-style, encouraging relaxed, shared dining and connection.
