May Soul Food and Soundscapes: sound and breath journey with Mago Menla

Soul Foods & Soundscapes returns this May and back by very popular demand! Marco Debie, known as Mago Menla, is a virtuoso didjeridu player from the Netherlands, devoted to inner work and community service.

Twenty-seven years ago, the didjeridu — along with the guidance of his Indigenous mentors — transformed his life and led him away from a very dark path.

From that turning point began a deep journey into breath, self-awareness, and meditative connection through sound.

Many participants describe the experience as:

• deeply relaxing
• calming for the body and mind
• a unique inner journey
• touching the very essence
• a true meditative state
• bringing clarity and renewed energy

For over two decades, Marco has offered a Heart-Centered Integrated Modality of Sound Healing, combining slow, gentle breathwork, meditation, and multi-instrumental sound. He has taught didjeridu for 24 years, now focusing on it as a self-care practice blending basic pranayama, meditation, and self-sound healing.
